Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges (30 day policy)
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date the ring is shipped. You can return or exchange the ring for any reason. For a refund, the ring must be returned with the original ring box.

If returning for a new size, please contact us with the new size that you would like to receive. If returning because you are not satisfied or want a different ring please email us so we can make the appropriate accommodations.

The refund/exchange policy covers 1 (one) ring exchange free of cost. There is no restocking or return fee on the first exchange. The second size exchange will results in a $25 restocking fee. The third and final exchange will include a $30 restocking fee. Each fee must be paid before the new replacement ring is shipped.

If you are seeking a refund it must be the first ring we sent. We do not allow our customers to keep trying new rings only to then ask for a refund. If you are unsatisfied with the ring once you receive it you must make the decision or getting a new size or sending it back for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Refunds will be given if returned within the 30 day return policy. The ring must be in shipped back (not received) within the 30 days and must be the first ring we have sent you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately and we will investigate to get you a resolution as soon as possible.  

Warranty Information
All rings come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers any ring that is broken within a year of normal wear and tear use. If your ring, stone, gem, or prong breaks on a ring for any reason within a year of your purchase you are eligible for a free replacement.

Warranties do not cover refunds, only replacements. The ring must be shipped back to Elemental Bands (shipping information below), broken or otherwise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover all shipping costs on any exchanges, except the shipping for returning the ring back to Elemental Bands. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Rings that are "Made to Order" may take a few weeks before we are able to ship it back to you.

Lost Ring Policy

If you lose your ring you are eligible for a 40% discount. This discount ONLY applies to the same ring you purchased and must be within a half size of your original order. This policy only last 1 year from your original purchase date.
