Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer shipping worldwide. Please note the shipping cost outside the United States is $10 per order. Shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States is free!
How long does it take for my ring to ship?
We strive to get rings processed ASAP. All processing times are listed on each individual ring. Many of our rings are made to order which is why the processing time can vary.
What company do you use for shipping?
A majority of our shipments are sent using USPS (United States Postal Service). If you want to request shipment via UPS of DHL you can contact us and we can make shipping adjustments.
Do you offer engraving services?
As of right now we do not offer engraving services, but we are looking at adding this option in the near future!
I don't see my size, is it possible to get a bigger or smaller size?
The sizes that are listed are the sizes we currently have available for sale. If you are looking for a bigger or smaller size in a specific ring please email us and we can look into creating a custom ring for you. Please note: not all rings will have this option.
I ordered the wrong size/I want to return my ring, what do I do?We have complete and comprehensive 30 day return policy. This means you can return your ring for ANY reason within 30 days of receiving the ring/band. Please check out the return policy page for more information on how do exchange/return your ring.
I need my ring ASAP, can you make my ring faster?
Please send us an email with the ring you would like and when you need the ring by. We can always send rings via USPS Priority Mail or even next day shipping.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 1 year warranty covers any constructional issues that may occur with your ring. This includes breaks, markings, or discoloration. We do not cover lost rings. If anything happens to your ring you will be required to ship it back to us for an exchange.
